 |
Kajal Ambedkar Director - Projects [India, East Asia & Europe]
Manages projects from India and Overseas and somehow finds the time to fulfil her role as the Head Proofreader. The busiest bee in office, she rarely realizes you are talking to her and leaves you wondering why you chose to talk to her in the first place. Focusing too hard on work can do that to people, you see.
Chef-at-heart, dedication-personified, neighbor's envy, owner's pride

Andreas Schoeller Head of Operations - Germany
Responsible for developing the German market, he is a shrewd businessman who can sell a sweater in the Sahara desert. As German as one can get, never can the minutest of discrepancy skip his notice.

 |
Cindie Delauvaux Head of Operations - France
Heads our operations in France and is so much like the character 'Monica' from the American sitcom Friends. An extremely organized person, she always has all the information she needs at her fingertips and ever so ready to face whatever challenges clients may choose to throw at her. Oh...and she loves the Hindi movie 'Rab ne bana di jodi', manages to sing the song a bit along with her husband singing the male part and does a great job of attempting to dance Bollywood style.
Fun-loving, organized, a thorough professional, quick-witted, thrives on adversity

Deepti Bhonde Head of German Projects - India
Manages German projects and is also now responsible for organising training programs for new entrants. The mobile phone and Deepti are inseparable. Whhhhaaaat? she once shouted so loudly that Prajakta felt she had committed the sin of her life by forgetting her phone at home.
Mobile phone freak, lost in thought, trusted hand, great asset

 |
Tanmayee Khire Head of German Projects – Europe
Handles with effortless ease the unending demands of projects while instilling the “do-not-worry-I-will-get-the-job-done” feeling in clients. In her early days at BITS, Tanmayee was always found leaning to her right to seek her equally confused friend’s advice on progress thus earning for them the name of “house of cards”.
Cool as a cucumber, modesty-personified, ever-smiling, exemplary performer

 |
 |
Shachi Joshi Head of Operations – East India
Based in Kolkata, she has taken up the challenge of developing the East India market after having played the roles of a translator and editor to perfection. Shachi is so cool that all of us put together are yet to come across a human being who has witnessed her getting angry.
Cooler than a cucumber, cooler than a cucumber, cooler than a cucumber, cooler than a cucumber

 |
 |
Sharmila Bhushan Head of Operations – North India
The propeller of our activities up North, Sharmila baffles all of us the way she manages roles as diverse as that of a loving mother, doting wife, prudent homemaker, die-hard translator and “coaxed-into-doing-it” project manager and still find the time to travel and dream of working out at the gym. Amazing to work with, great sense of humour, pure at heart, sincere

 |
Ketki Shintre Head of French projects - India
Manages French projects with as much ease as when she sings. She is known to attract attention even when she is whistling the tune of a song by the sheer melody she manages to infuse in the way she whistles. She brings to projects the priceless experience she has gained working as a translator in a software company and the knowledge she acquired when studying on a scholarship in Lausanne.
Hard-working, amazing accomplisher, brain at work, intelligent
